Welcome to the AMIRO Holiday Sale Giveaway!

'Tis the season of giving, and AMIRO is spreading the festive cheer with our exciting 11.11 Shopping Carnival campaign and giveaway. Hosted exclusively on the AMIRO official website (amirobeauty.com), this festive extravaganza kicks off on Octorber 29, 2025 (Pacific Standard Time) and wraps up on November 12, 2025 (Pacific Standard Time).

Eligibility

Participation in the 11.11 Shopping Carnival Giveaway is limited to individuals who have made purchases exceeding $230 per order on amirobeauty.com between Octorber 29, 2025 (PST) and November 12, 2025 (PST). Additionally, participants must be 18 years of age or older at the time of this Campaign. Individuals who are employees of AMIRO, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, suppliers, as well as their immediate family members or those residing in the same household, are not eligible to partake in the giveaway due to copyright constraints.

Giveaway Information

  • Winners for the giveaway will be chosen randomly from participants who make purchases exceeding $230 per order on amirobeauty.com between Octorber 29, 2025 (PST) and November 12, 2025 (PST), provided that the participant is 18 years of age or older during the campaign period.

  • Notification of winning status will be sent to winners via their registered email and/or phone numbers. Participants are required to provide accurate, complete, and truthful registration details.

  • The announcement of prize winners will occur on 11/06 and 11/13. The respective prizes will be dispatched within 2 days after verifying the winner's information. In the event that a winner fails to provide their email or mailing address during purchase, AMIRO reserves the right to randomly select another winner.

  • We encourage all winners and participants to share valuable feedback about the giveaway and our products through posts, pictures, and comments.

The details of the prizes are as follows:

Rules and Regulations

  • Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other items. In the event of a refund for the original order, the prize must also be returned for a successful refund process.

  • Participation in this Campaign implies agreement and acceptance that AMIRO may collect and utilize participants' information for the administration of the Campaign. Participants consent to AMIRO's use of their information to communicate with them regarding the Campaign.

  • AMIRO reserves the right to revoke the eligibility for a prize if a participant is found to have provided false or incorrect personal information.

  • Each prize is awarded "as is" without any warranty or guarantee, either express or implied. Some prizes for the giveaway are obtained from third-party companies and are shipped directly to the participants by them. AMIRO will not be held responsible for any direct or indirect losses or damages incurred to prize products during transport or any issues between the third-party company and the recipients. Participants are advised to contact the appropriate service team of the third-party for issue resolution.

  • Failure to comply with all rules and regulations associated with the Campaign may result in disqualification. If participants are found to be using or have used inappropriate means to participate, AMIRO reserves the right to disqualify the participant's eligibility without hesitation and may initiate legal proceedings to the fullest extent permitted by applicable laws.

  • Participants, by engaging in this campaign, agree to adhere to the stated terms and conditions. Decisions made by AMIRO are final and binding, with no appeals considered. AMIRO retains the ultimate right of interpretation for this campaign.

  • AMIRO reserves the right to modify and/or cancel the terms and conditions if deemed necessary. AMIRO also has the right to shorten or extend the campaign period at its sole discretion if unforeseen circumstances occur.
