Recently purchased the U1 after doing in depth research, took about 10 days to receive the device but I was able to track my package each step of the process. My face felt tighter and slimmer after using the depth mode 2-3 times. Then device, stopped working. I was disappointed. BUT customer support was very responsive to my inquiry (within 24 hours) and after sending them videos of it, I will get a new device. So I am happy with the service and product.

I have noticed great difference after just 30 days of use!

I have written the following to customer services 4 weeks ago, but I have not gotten any response: My U1 does not work properly with the mask. While the orange fields are recognised easily by the sensor, it does not properly recognise the other colors. Sometimes it recognises the color after a very long time. Some times not at all. I have properly watched the tutorial.
Therefore I can only use the express mode. Which is not the reason I bought this expensive device.
The Express mode works great and I see a firming effect.

The U1 UltraLift does work, but it took about a month to see significant changes. My skin is slightly firmer, but the results aren’t as dramatic as I hoped. It’s a good device if you’re patient.
